Plans, limits & your data

What each plan includes, what happens when limits change, and how team access works.

Plans at a glance

Full feature-by-feature comparison lives on the pricing page. The numbers that shape day-to-day use:

  • Starter — 3 competitors, 15 monitored pages, daily checks, 1 seat, 60-day history.
  • Team — 15 competitors, 150 monitored pages, checks every 6 hours, up to 5 seats, 180-day history.
  • Scale — unlimited competitors and monitored pages, hourly checks, unlimited seats, 365-day (or longer, custom) history.

Keyword tracking scales with plan too — 100 tracked keywords on Starter, 1,000 on Team and 5,000 on Scale. Every plan can set a location and a device per keyword.

Downgrading

If you move to a plan with lower limits, whatever is above the new limits is paused, not deleted — a competitor over your new limit stops being crawled, but its history stays intact and reappears the moment you upgrade again.

Nothing customer-visible is deleted except a confirmed purge

The only ways monitoring data is permanently removed are an explicit, confirmed competitor deletion (where you type the competitor's name to confirm) or an account-level deletion you request from support. A downgrade alone never deletes anything.

Team & workspace

Each workspace has a seat limit by plan, and two roles:

  • Owner — manages billing and plan changes, purchases AI credit, invites and removes members, and changes member roles.
  • Member — full working access to competitors, changes, keywords and reports.

The owner invites teammates by email from Settings, with a role assigned up front; a pending invitation can be revoked before it's accepted, and any member's role or access can be changed later.

Billing

Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record, so displayed pricing already includes applicable taxes. Plan changes, invoices and AI credit purchases are all handled from Settings.

Export and support

There's no self-serve full-account export yet. For a data export, or any account-level question that isn't covered here, email [email protected] — we read every message.
