If a workspace uses its full allowance in a given month, automated change detection and evidence capture keep running exactly as before; only AI-written summaries and impact analysis pause until the allowance resets the next month. You can also buy an AI credit pack any time from Settings — it never expires and is used automatically once the monthly allowance runs out.
